Picnic Chicks...

{we had a little picnic at the zoo... only to be entertained/disturbed by some greedy chickens...}

{chicken, leave my sandwich alone...}

{Jock of the Bushveld is an iconic book in South Africa... it was written by Sir Percy Fitzpatrick.. well worth a read... here the girls are on a statue of Jock!}

{Max the gorilla was much loved... he became famous when a robber jumped into his cage and shot him... he survived for many years after that...}

  12. the article said spiders taste buds are on the tips of every leg and they hate the taste of the oils that were listed. the oils will not kill them, just make them move out of the house. this way they are not killed but don't want to be inside.
